Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-11-05
The short version: your photo stays on your device. We never receive it. There are no accounts, no advertising and no tracking cookies.
Who runs this site
This site is run by Sitaram, Apex Accounting Solutions, H. No. 5A, Ward 1, Risalia Khera - 125103, Tehsil - Dabwali, District - Sirsa (Haryana), India. For anything in this policy, write to visapicresizer@gmail.com.
Your photo
Your photo is decoded, cropped, resized and compressed inside your browser. It is not uploaded to, stored on or seen by our servers or anyone else's. If you turn on background removal, your browser downloads a small model from this site once and runs it on your device, so the photo still does not leave it. You can check this in your browser's developer tools, on the Network tab.
What we do not collect
- No account, name, email or passport details: the tool does not ask for them.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking.
- We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.
What is processed when you visit
Like any website, this one is delivered by a hosting provider (Vercel). To send you pages and keep the service secure, the provider's systems handle technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, and may keep it in short-lived logs under their own policy. We use this only to run and protect the site, which is our legitimate interest under the GDPR. It never includes your photo.
Analytics
This site does not currently run any analytics.
What is stored in your browser
The tool remembers the last country you chose, in your browser only. See the Cookie Policy. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
Because we hold no account or photo, we usually have nothing that identifies you. You can still write to visapicresizer@gmail.com with any request, and we will answer it.
- India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023): you may ask for information about your data, for its correction or erasure, and for your grievance to be addressed. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
- EU and UK (GDPR): you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to or move your data, and you may complain to your data protection authority.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): you may ask to know, correct or delete personal information. We do not sell it or share it for cross-context advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.
Children
This site is for preparing official applications. A parent or guardian should prepare a child's photo.
Changes
If the way we handle data changes, we will update this page and its date before the change takes effect.
